Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Studio Policy – Snap Happens Selfie Studio At Snap Happens Selfie Studio, we’re all about creating joyful, stress-free memories—especially for everyone. Because our studio time is reserved just for you, we’ve adopted the following policies, consistent with other selfie studios, to keep things fair for everyone. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made 3+ hours in advance are eligible for one complimentary reschedule. Cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to enjoy your full studio experience. Arriving late will result in reduced studio time without refund, as we often have sessions booked back-to-back. Studio Guidelines Our studio is designed with young children in mind, but all ages and guests are welcome to join in the fun. To maintain a positive, inclusive environment for everyone: Political messages, themes, or attire are not permitted No offensive language, imagery, or behavior Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Damage & Safety Guests may be responsible for damage caused by misuse of props, backdrops, or equipment. For everyone’s safety, please be respectful of our space. We are not responsible for any accidents. Unforeseen Circumstances In the rare case of studio closure due to emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered a reschedule or studio credit.
